Life Log #2
Entry #2: Thursday, August 1st, 2024
On the second day of developing the routine of blogging, I set out to create this Life Log summarizing in a few short words the day’s activities and state the notions that have been flowing through the sea of thoughts today. I started the day the same with what I classify as the Morning Routine the basics to get everyone going and prepped for the day. I use this to kick start myself and head into the daily requirements of working for others, training, nutrition rest and recovery, and working for myself with the newly established website I am publishing these articles to create my own memoir. I’m still developing the workflow for the procedure but so far I have just been writing when I have time with a few rough ideas for what I like to talk about and do In the day. The training aspect of the day is what I focus most of my attention on in the program I had a low-intensity recovery day in the rebuilding stage as I begin to adjust and redirect my activities for the next winter block in the program. I did a light swim with fins on at a local lake, It’s always a great time being out in the elements rather than a chlorinated pool, even though I come out smelling like a frog it’s well worth the ability to dive with fish.

After the training, I proceeded to do basic rest and recovery nothing to special just typical meal prepped food to make sure I have protein. Staying on the topic of fitness and nutrition. I plan to take more photos through out the day and use these in future writings and put onto other social media platforms which is something else to look out for in the future.
